Care Management Solutions was founded in 2005 by the late Linda Halliwell with the opening of Premier House, a dedicated children’s residential home. Since becoming operational, the organisation has been committed to providing high-quality care for vulnerable children and creating meaningful employment and development opportunities for its supporting adults. In 2015, leadership transitioned to Richard and Rebecca Halliwell, who have continued Linda’s legacy by strengthening the organisation’s reputation for delivering exceptional care.

Over the past nine years, Care Management Solutions has built a strong, dedicated team and fostered a positive, supportive culture focused on child-centred care. The success of Premier House and the organisation’s continued growth have created the opportunity to expand services. Orchard House will build upon this foundation, offering additional capacity for children in need while supporting Adults development and progression.
