Expert care, delivered with compassion.
With nearly two decades of experience in residential childcare, we specialise in caring for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Our services are values-led, therapeutic, and consistent — with a clear focus on helping each child feel safe, heard, and understood.
We proudly operate two Ofsted-registered homes in West Yorkshire:
– Premier House (est. 2011) – Ofsted GOOD
– Orchard House (opening 2025) – Registration in progress
Our homes support children aged 6 to 17 and are staffed 24/7 by a dedicated, qualified team. We follow the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) as the foundation for building strong, trusting relationships with every child.

2 decades of Ofsted-recognised care, with consistent GOOD ratings and long-serving supporting adults teams.
A family-led organisation delivering heartfelt, personalised care driven by compassion and integrity.
Every aspect of our homes is built around healing — using the PACE model and trauma-informed practice to support lasting growth.

What our young people have to say

Support when I need it
“I like it here. Some stuff is tough to see, which adults support you with. I think the atmosphere is really good and healthy. I like how I get to choose activities and meals. I do have a close relationship with a few like Kay and Georgina. Some I am just getting to know and others are good. I think Kay as a manager does really try hard and my key worker supports me.” (LB)

A team that cares about us
“When I first came here I hated everyone here. I wished I was in a different care home, it felt like hell. But now, things have changed. I really love it here, it feels like I’m getting the help that I needed for a long time. All the adults are good at their job, we have a great manager that cares about us, and I am glad that she is here.”(ZA)

An amazing place, with amazing people.
“The adults are lovely and easy to get along with. They always ask what we want to do, eat and stuff like that. The house is nice and all the rooms are big. We all do activities together and go on trips. There is always an adult member there if you need them.” (CF)

Feeling positive and supported
"The Supporting Adults are perfect, and I feel supported by them. I am doing ok with my independence plan and am looking forward to moving into my own place."(RR)
